Tune Into Your Breath

This is a great Vinyasa Flow Yoga routine for beginner to intermediate yogis. Some of the poses in this yoga sequence are given an alternative for those that are more advanced.

It’s best to rest or skip a post if you feel you need to take a break or something is too hard. In time, it will come. Vinyasa Flow is different as you are using the breath to flow into the next pose. It takes some practice.

Beginner Vinyasa Flow

Pay attention to your breath and always tune into your body to see what feels right.

Poses such as Warrior 1,2 and 3, Cobra, Bridge Pose, Downward Facing Dog, Plank Bow Pose and Shavasana.
