Working your core…it’s one of the most important areas of the body as it supports your whole you. Here is a challenging yoga routine if you haven’t ever worked your core muscles. And it won’t be long to see a difference if you practice on a regular basis. Work at your own pace and you’ll be amazed at the progress you make and how much stronger you’re going to feel. Kristin is great at step by step instructions and reminding you what to tuck in or release.
Remember, the core is one of the main components for a happy yoga experience. It helps with stability and balance.
