It’s Flex Time!
Jump easily into this yoga routine. Tara is great for instruction and keeping you in the know of how to do each pose and each step. I like her style. She goes through some basic moves to help open up your body and increase your range of motion. She includes variations of Cat and Cow Pose, Child’s Pose, Downward Facing Dog and Squat.
